hi doc, I m breastfeeding feeding now and my daughter is of approx 11 months. I wanted to know, after 12 months I can start outside milk. which milk is good cow or buffalo? And I know biscuits are not nutrition but still is marry gold safe to mix with formula milk.

A. Official guidelines recommend parents hold off until babies are between nine and 12 months old before introducing cow's milk. Prior to that, it's not an appropriate substitute for breastmilk or formula.
