ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, you can give boiled mashed potatoes. Start by offering small amounts of solids once a day.. preffer day time to feed. Follow three day rule. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana, papaya ) . once a time
