Q.

hi doc , can I get to know which foods cause phlegm ..my child have the problem of phlegm and cough a lot .. I am feeding him and want him to leave it so I'm providing him almond milk with ragi and milk .is this causing him phlegm

A. whether any food is allergy or not will be seen after giving the dad so it is history then only avoid that particular food otherwise there is no specific food which causes allergy in all children
