Banana, mango, potato, beans, Dal (urad dal ladoo, idly, toordal, chanadal, moongdal),ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer,dry fruits powder,egg, meat (as soups/meat balls) jaggery sweets helps in increasing weight.
