please do consult with your pediatrician regarding the type of cut your child is having.
normally little bit fall or small kind of bruises over the skin because of the fall you do not have to apply anything as it will heel by itself.
but if it is more please do consult with your pediatrician to evaluate it and definitely he will refer you the medicine
