Hi , Can anyone suggest me Which Spices can we add for 7 month baby food and what to avoid?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. better not to add spices to early wait another one ur 2 months the winning process must be gradual course of time at one new product at a time continue for few days before giving another one

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Just chilli powder you should avoid as of now rest you can add all the spices including salt chilli powder should be introduced after completing the time of eight months as prior to that it would not be advisable for you to add that into the food
