Hi buddies, kindly guide me as I'm going to rejoin my office from next week, as I have 6months old daughter, I'm worried a lot how will I able manage her routines, mainly on her feeding part and thinking to feed her with some solid food items such as porridge, is it required to use formula as she may need milk in between. kindly guide me๐

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. you can take care of babies nutrition requirements and continue to breastfeed with little motivation from your side.
breastfeed baby before going to work and after coming back continue night feeds
while at work caregiver can feed top food 2 times and give expressed breast milk to your child with preferably katori and spoon.
