hi.. before I got positive my daughter who is 2yrs 9mnths old had fever for 2days and vomitings and motions.. I have used paracetamol ondem and sporlac.. she is cured.. but are they the symptoms of covid..

yes there are.
but not necessary to have this only
and if you have any doubt , better to consult your pediatrician for once.
offer homemade healthy food
keep your child well hydrated
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
