Hi. As I started working I would like to know how can I store Brest milk. If I store in fridge in what container I can store.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Mom, Though breast milk could be stored for upto 4 hours after pumping at room temperature. If not using within that time frame then you could probably store it in the fridge in a BPA free plastic container or a glass container with a tight fitting lid,
