Q.

hi as I delivered in government hospital they did not tell me any tablets to take im weak ? for vitamin and calcium what tablets I can take?

A. dear mom yes you should be taking calcium supplements you can take well woman multivitamin for a month and see if there is any difference seek doctors advise if need be
