vritikaMom of a 4 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. Heat mustard oil with garlic and ajwain in it. Massage your baby when the oil becomes warm and cover the baby properly.
Place both the fingers on either sides of the nostril and massage these points gently for 10-20sec after every 2-3hours.
