hi am a child of a 8 years old baby.she is suffering with swet in legs and hands.what medication we use.not this child

I’m not very sure about it but it can be quite of an eczema whether the child has a lot of sweat on the body specially on the palms and the feet I think it would be good for you to check with a specialist in the region you can consult a dermatologist first
