Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables so that you give birth to a healthy baby, sometimes you will have a lot of craving for certain things and certain food in that case you can enjoy and fulfill your cravings and have a lot of liquid, water is a must, have atleast 3 litres of water daily, in winters have kesar wala milk and be happy and active, this is the main thing that you should do in pregnancy.
Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. you can take all traditional food no problem little bit more proteins to meet the requirement of the baby Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning you can have all food prepared at home just try to avoid having papaya at all costs and I would recommend you to avoid having such food which generates too much of body heat other than that there is no problem
