formula feed- Not as efficiently utilized/absorbed as breast milk.Nutritional content depends on proper preparation (human error).Some babies have difficulty tolerating certain nutrients
almost all the formula feed have the same ingredients not much difference so you can choose anyone
Breastfeed- Contains high levels of nutrients
Easily digested and absorbed
Content varies according to the milk production stage, which meets
the changing nutrition requirements.
