Hi All My sister daughter got spots on her face like in picture. please let me know the cream for it.. we contacted doctor and he said to give multivitamins but its still same no improvement

Better to get your baby personally examined by your doctor again and seek further advice. Follow your doctor’s instructions and complete the course of medication as prescribed.
