Hi all I have 4 months 17 days old baby I have observed very tiny particle of blood ( as tiny as mustard seed) in my baby stool is there anything to worry and why does this happen? pls suggest

A. well s breastfeeding boy having blood is not good.Best will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosis
