Q.

Hi, After breastfeeding my baby, there is sharp pain in my nipples. My baby is 5 months 10 days. She gets enough milk throughout the day.

A. hello parent your kids 5 months old you are noticing breast pain it could be because of improper latching position of the child on your breast kindly consult a lactation consultant for proper assessment regarding the same in case of breast engorgement also pain persists

A. Hello ma’am The Sharp pain is there initially when you start feeding the baby maybe and maybe not there is no surety about any kind of pain you just have pain in nipples when you start feeding a child. But still if you’re having this kind of a sharp pain then it would be better for you to discuss it with your doctor
