Q. Hi 3 months back I delivered, and that time family operation also done, but my tummy is big, what will I do now

A. hi, firs of all switch to a healthier diet with no junk, processed or bakery products. have small meals and healthier meals and snacks. have lots of fluids. also, if you are completely healed, start exercising for 30-40 minutes everyday. can be brisk walk, yoga, running or anything else that interests you

A. I would suggest you to decrease the amount of calories consumed by you by reducing the fats and carbohydrates in your diet and increase the calorie expenditure by doing more and more work out
