Hey, my baby is 4 months old , and is around 6 kgs. is it ok ? my baby is very active and sleeps properly too. should I worry about the weight?

A. Dear parent, weight of 6 kg is absolutely normal for 4 months old baby, so you should not be worried. Also, your baby being active indicates good health. For healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
