hey my baby is 2 months and 28 days old. He is on top feed completely and doing dark green coloured pasty poop. His lips are dry too. Is it normal or need medical attention???

No there is no medical attention as well the child is on formula feeding green colour and grey coloured poop is very normal and common for them so need not worry about it this is totally normal and it is associated only with formula formula milk that you are giving to the child
