Hey I’m 20 weeks & 2 days pregnant my level 2 scan reports shows that in baby heart Echogenic intracardiac foci seen in left ventricle … so it is normal I consulted my doctor also by not able to sleep .. pls help is it normal

A. If your doctor has not said anything about the report then it’s okay otherwise I think it would be a good idea for you to talk to your doctor about it understand it in detail and then you proceed with your doctor to recommend and sometimes women cannot sleep because of too much of stress and anxiety so I think meditating before sleeping will be very helpful for you
