Hey hi my son is 6years and 6 month and he often gets dry cough with watery nose and especially when he wakes up in the morning what will be the reason any medicine to get it cure permanently...

A. hi as it happens on daily basis it should be allergic kindly get it checked with your pediatrician for once keep your child well hydrated give Luke warm water to drink give Sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
