hey doctor , my girl is 6 years running. weight Gain suggestions.

A. Hello mom as far as the child is active for his age & also eating healthy their is no worries at all. as little varation is acceptable. give them eggs, dry fruits and nuts, also milk, paneer , add ghee to his meals, you can also give fresh fruit milk shakes, stuff paranthas, sago , soya, dals, legumes such as rajma , chana etc
