hey doctor .. my baby is 6month old can I consume brown sugar during solids !?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom yes you can have it , but sugars are sugars only so it does contain same calories as that of refined sugar so be mindful of the quantity you use .
