Hello ma’am There is nothing to worry heat rashes or pimples are common with kids due to excessive heat in the body sometimes so it would be best that you start applying Cetaphil lotion twice a day and monitor it for 3 to 5 days if these things subside properly then you are done other than that if needed you can consult your doctor after that
