helo doctor, meri beti ko 22nd may ko 6 th yr complete hoga, uske milk teeth ab hilne lage hai.. or. uske. piche new teeth ane lage hai. but usko. teeth me pain ho raha hai.. uske liye koi solution hai kya doctor

its normal the milk teeth will fall now.
try to move and remove the shaky milk teeth.
otherwise permanent teeth will erupt in back side and get mal aligned
