helo doctor meri beti 3 years ki h aur wo bahut jada burp kr ri h 1 week se pls bataiye hm kya kr sakte h??

A. hi it happens because of gas. so first , avoid giving gas generating food like potato, cabbage etc for now give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more keep your child well hydrated it is best to give two or three mint leaves with pinch of salt and pepper powder daily in morning
