hello what happens if we accidentally eats fruits with worms....is it dangerous....will it cause Any problem....will it grow in stomach...?...

A. Can mostly create stomach infection mostly if I’m not mistaken because ultimately or China is eaten something which is life so there could be a possibility of a stomach infection with that but there’s only 50% chance and mostly if it is good then the worm can come out into the motion also
