hello...um mother of 3 years old girl..i am having problem in my breasts...i feed my baby during night...lumps are formed aronud the nipple and it's paining very badly...not able to feed also..what should i do ???

Stand under a warm shower stream, letting the water hit the spot. Massage it away. Applying gentle pressure to the plugged duct both before and during a feeding can help loosen the clog. Try a circular motion on the outside of the breast and move in towards the lump.
