hello, this is my second pregnancy, I am 12 weeks 6 days pregnant and in my 3rd month scan , my placenta position is anterior low. so is this a concerning situation?? is the placenta position changes in further weeks? what all precautions should I take? please advise

In most of the cases it is going to say the same way there is no change into it but with that is going to recommend you that it’s such an early pregnancy you kindly follow all the dietary alterations and additions if there are any precaution suggested by the doctor
