hello ,there is a skin infection in both the legs of my one yr old son pls check the photo below and suggest what kind of infection is this and what can be done...

A. good evening thr picture cannot be seen as a request to post the question again along with the picture for a better understanding in the meantime you can apply coconut oil mixed with the few drops of glycerine
