hello team. I had c section in oct 2020. I have tummy which looks like I am 5 months pregnant I am not pregnant. how do I reduce that. and when can I plan for 2 nd baby I am 37 years now

A. As your age is already 37 you need to plan for a second baby as early aspossible. Already given to the age factor there could be difficulty in getting pregnant because usually after 35 years of age eggs start to deplete faster
