Hello sir, Yesterday we did a tonsure(Mundan) of our 3 months old child. now he feeling cold and cough from the night and also he's not sleep properly at night. please suggest what to do Thank you

A. just steam for thecold. Blockage of nose is due to the common cold and flu due to season variation . Steam along with other home remedy like maintaining baby temperature will help . Nasal drop like nasovion for block . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .
