hello sir My son is 7 years old but his height n weight is not as it should be. please suggest diete for him also please suggest milk powder for morning

A. U First get it checked with a child specialist because if the height and growth is affected at the age of seven years and that is not a good sign because this is the basic growth age for a child when the child will take up height and health and everything is at a slower pace and mostly by the age of 10 to 11 years of age the game quite good in terms of
