my son is 2 years 3 months old he is not able to speak more words but he follows our instructions he is rarely speaking two words like car key door close etc..apart from that he will be saying appa amma,anna,car,bus etc..but he is having stranger anxiety what is his problem he is able to play with kids he is active and online throw the things climb up and down

just stop comparing your child with others.
keep communicating with your child more.
play interactive games like role play, peekaboo etc
