Q.
Hello sir, my son is 16months now I have given him DPT B1 & mmr 2 vaccine on Thursday he was having fever but now is ok but is not having sufficient food. Last night he vomited after eating little food now also not having any food.. what should I do please help me.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold spbvonging of the body to reduce fever
