hello sir my son has 4 year's 8 months age..his neck was too dark since ages of 2 years now it's spreading what is the reason of this

See if it was only Dr that could be due to training or not proper cleaning into that area but if it is Spreading then it is something that you should be taking care of so kindly consult a dermatologist to figure out as to what is the issue and what is the solutionWrite Your Answer Here
