hello sir, my daughter is 7 years old and most of the time she feels nausea especially in the morning.and her body temperature is always 99.2 or 99.4 is normal .I take her temperature in mouth.

Temperature at 99°F is fever so your child is probably having a warm body temperature and due to discomfort in the tummy that child could be feeling nausea it would be better to conduct a blood test for your child for further knowledge about what the problem is an assistance can be given according to that
