Hello sir my baby makes some sounds while sleeping .. very light sounds from nose … should i worry???

A. nasomist saline nasal gbvecold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
