Q.
Hello sir My baby is 5.5 months she has loose stool 4-5 time a day and her weight is not enough gain. Her weight is 5.5 kg. I think breastfeed is not enough for her she wants more feed. What can i do? Can i give top feed.

Hello dear parent, as long as your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated and your milks supply is sufficient for your baby. Also now baby is 5.5 months old, so if you wish you can give semi solid diet beginning with moong dal ka Pani.
