hello sir my baby is 2.5years old is suffering from losses motions from 3days please suggest me please doctor's

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treahtment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial tinfection which needs antibiotics treatment
