Q.

hello sir my baby has been suffering from a fever since yesterday..I gave paracetamol syrup but still he is having a temperature of 101 degree can You please guide me for the better result

A. hi. if his body temprature is not getting down half hour after giving pcm , you may do tepid sponging. .increase breast feeding, repeat pcm in 4 to 6 hourly.
