hello sir my baby boy is 2yrs 3months old but till now he is just saying 2/3 words like aai, mama, hati and this is also some time as I m a working lady I m not giving so much quality time two my baby .he is so silent gumsum type.plz suggest

Even if you do not give too much time to the child if your child is too quiet and silent then please tell is your child to Sunny each and every day actually responding well enough to every single or is your child responding to everything well enough that you were sent to the things are very important otherwise it can be a sign for some problem so please check with the Singh and then Dr S if it is needed
