hello sir, my 7months old baby is not sleeping long stretches at night. she is eating well in the morning as well. any suggestions?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom gradually make a routine as their would be changes over a period of time as well too .. so give them a filling dinner and make sure their nap time during the day is not too long duration. And massages would also help
