Hello sir my 21months old baby got fever at temperatures 38.4 still 6 hours her temperature as same i use peracetamol 120 5ml .. suggest me wat to do..her head was very heat.. please help me

A. please do cold sponging and continue paracetamol every 6th hourly kk Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees

A. Cold sponge You can do as of now that is going to help in reducing down the fever gradually over the period along with the medicines that you are going for that’s one of the best option is actually so continue with that
