Q.

Hello sir meri beti ko motion me pus nikal rha h. Use Dr ne metrogyl diya or sporlac tablet diya. Use kiya fir bhi pu nikal raha h. Konsi medicin use karu. Or Esa q hota h?

A. the child is suffering from acute gastroenteritis (either viral or bacterial) examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics. can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommendations. x give easily digestible food. ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydration and ensure adequate glucose level in the body. x for vomiting give syp emeset / ondem / vomikind 5ml. do not give milk

See maybe it is due to some infection your doctor has already advised you with the medicines if your child is not feeling better with that then I would advise you to check with your doctor and conduct a stool test that’s going to clear the picture about what problem is and what further treatment would be required
