it is important to meet the doctor to get the child examined. milestones assessment of the child needs to be done which will tell whether the child irs having any development delay or not.
the child will be assessed for four major milestones that is 
1.gross motor milestone r
2.fine motor milestone 
3.social milestone 
4.language milestone.

It’s just to get a check with a child psychologist once because this kind of behaviour is not very common with kids it is going to be good enough that once you talk to Dr about it get your child assessment done and then only you can come to know what’s there
