Hello sir mere bete ko kal se 102.3f fevers h or after medicine bhi ye fever kam nhi ho raha h mai kya karu kuch samaj nhi aa raha h pls help me🙏🙏🙏🙏

A. give paracetamol every 6 hourly. Temperature more than 99 is fever . Can Give paracetamol for fever and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down then give nobel plus or baby not looking well then need a examination as it may be any infection .
