hello sir Mera beta 2 year 3 month ka hai ,use abhi cough and cold,abhi jb wo tv dekhta hai ya mobile,ya breast feed krta hai to uske eyes se paani aane lgta hai uske baad nose se v ,Aisa kyu

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is in diagnosis of allergic cough cold .
here the child will have regular cough and cold which is usually not associated with fever .
it increases and decreases but does not get cured completely.
dr will give anti allergic medicine usually motelukast / levocetirizine. if its still not improving the next line of treatment will be inhaler therapy with emdi / nebulizer.
allergy can be environmental (temperature variation -hot to cold weather/ cold water intake / dust / smoke / pollens) , food , chocolate / packet preservatives food and sweert food also.
body cannot sustain such allergic changes leading to cough cold usually at evening /night and morning.
