hello sir/mam my baby is 3 months 10 days I m giving her nan pro 1 formula from 2nd month but now my family forcing me to start cows milk bit I am worried about what should I do please guide me

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and avoid cow milk till completion of one year as it may cause major health issues in infants.

but no need of all these.
you must offer breasfeeding only
and if it is not possible , you may offer cow's milk .
but start with few spoons of quantity so you may check whether your child is allergic to it or not.
